Hospitals and healthcare facilities throughout the world are invited to register interest in participating in a global hand hygiene awareness programme on 5 May 2009. Already hospitals from 18 countries have registered their interest.

Good hand hygiene is one of the easiest ways to reduce healthcare-associated infection in your hospital.
Health care facilities that register will have access to a suite of tools to improve hand hygiene compliance
